The logo is the stylistic representation of the African elephant. Being a company with African roots and heritage, the African elephant is revered in African culture as a symbol of strength and power. It is also praised for its size, longevity, stamina, mental faculties, cooperative spirit, and loyalty. Elephants are traditionally considered a symbol of good luck, wisdom, fertility, and protection.

Meet The Team
Louis Ferreira
Louis, our Managing Director, has over 17 years of strategic corporate advisory experience. He has been involved in a variety of business assessment and optimisation assignments covering the following aspects business analysis, feasibility assessments, turnaround strategy and optimisation in a variety of sectors including financial services, insurance, retail, mining.
Tania van Staden
Tania, our Head of Legal Services, is an admitted attorney and member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces of South Africa. Her almost 7 year experience in legal disciplines include insolvencies, collections, arbitrations, divorces, commercial law as well as health, safety and environmental legal compliance, where she has specialised in Health, Safety and Environmental Legal Compliance for the past 7 years.
Netisha Chetty
Our Business Development Executive, Netisha believes in the value of improving processes, innovating products/services, and maintaining a solid professional network throughout one’s career.
Her formal qualifications include BA Health and Social Science, Qualified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, Internationally certified in Public Participation as well as Certified in various ISO standards and numerous other certifications.
The Ariscu History
Born on the plateaus of South Africa in 2000, we originally started by helping clients with environmental consulting under the name of Green Gain Consulting (Pty) Ltd. Over the years, we worked closely with our clients to build the foundation of what Ariscu is today.
After helping our clients achieve many successes across a variety of industries, ComplyWorks Ltd. purchased Green Gain in 2018 and we officially renamed to Ariscu. ComplyWorks purchased Ariscu to expand on its field-level capabilities and bring even more value to ComplyWorks and Ariscu clients. ComplyWorks has since been acquired by Veriforce, the premier Supply Chain Risk Performance Network.
Ariscu's success has always been in providing clients with a global legal compliance solution and technology to easily digitize their SHEQ management systems. As Ariscu, ComplyWorks and Veriforce continue to grow, we will continue to expand our offerings and enhance our Internet of Things (IoT) business intelligence platform for our clients. Our clients benefit not only from our solutions but also from being supported by a talented team of people who care about them, their people and their operations.
